Local entrepreneur, photographer, and keen sea kayaker, John Pearman, asked me to create distinctive logos and graphics for his businesses. They were to be used across multiple formats.
Brief
To create three distinctive identities for the different businesses, which complement each other and are obviously in the same family. All businesses sit under the banner of Old Leigh – Old Leigh Kayaks, Old Leigh Photography and Old Leigh Artist Market.
Solution
I created a background image of an identifiable Old Leigh cockle boat and a spectacular Leigh sunset to link the brand logos together. The brand font is modern and friendly and I used upbeat colours to reflect sunshine and water.
