Anna Blatman is a Melbourne-based artist. She creates vibrant paintings inspired by her interest in the fashions of the mid-60s and Australian flora and fauna found growing in her back garden.

Brief
Anna Blatman approached me to transform her colourful, vibrant paintings into digital formats for use on merchandise. This included packaging for candles. 

Solution
I thought Anna’s signature was striking and I decided to use that in the packaging design. I retouched and adapted her unique signature to became her logo and brand mark.

I reworked her paintings to work as packaging and labels for a range of scented candles poured into artist paint tins, which are sold on the popular homewares website Temple & Webster.
